Texas firefighter Daniel Gaskey was in an convenience store when he heard a man enter and say, "This will be speedy and simple, give me the cash.
Like the cop who spared a gagging lady on the roadway, or the firefighter who saved a harmed pooch in the mountains, Gaskey turned into a saint that day. The Marine veteran, who served in Iraq from 2005–2006, put his life at stake to stop the roberry.
“I’d like to think that anyone else in that situation would’ve been able to assess and done the right thing too,” Gaskey said.
